1. Service And Warranty Policy
- 90 Day Service Warranty: We Provide A 90 Day Warranty On All Repair Services. If The Same Issue Reoccurs Within 90 Days, We Will Fix It For Free.
- Parts Warranty: Warranty On Replaced Parts Ranges From 30 Days To 90 Days, Depending On The Specific Part.
- Warranty Void: Warranty Is Not Valid If The Appliance Is Repaired By A Third Party Technician After Our Visit.
2. Inspection Fee And Visiting Charges
- Visiting Charge: A Mandatory Inspection Fee Of ₹199 Applies When Our Technician Visits Your Home To Check The Appliance.
- Fee Adjustment: If You Agree To The Repair, The ₹199 Fee Is Adjusted In The Final Bill.
- Cancellation On Visit: If The Technician Visits But You Decide Not To Repair The Appliance, You Must Pay The ₹199 Visiting Charge.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Visit: No Charge If You Cancel The Appointment Before The Technician Reaches Your Location.
- After Visit: If The Technician Arrives And You Cancel, The ₹199 Visiting Charge Will Be Applicable.
4. Payment And Billing
- Payment Methods: We Accept Cash And UPI Payments Only.
- No Advance Payment: We Do Not Ask For Advance Payment For Parts. You Pay The Full Amount After The Work Is Done.
5. Limitation Of Liability
- Fixingo India Is Not Responsible For Pre-Existing Damages To The Appliance.
